From West Virginia:

Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway does not have an exit for West bound I-64.

Exit at the first Richmond, KY Exit 96A:  At the top of the ramp, turn Left, go over the interstate and turn Left again to get back on I-64 going East.  Travel East on I-64 1 mile to Exit 98.  Follow the above directions.

From Slade Exit 33:

Pick up a map at the Shell station.  They have one of the best selections in the area.  I've found that most maps each have some unique features and you would be well served to also pick up a Forest Service Map.  I personally own a Forest Service Topo Map, Kaner R. Davis' Laminated map, and a couple guide books.  And a friend has the OutrageousGIS maps.
